Novaturas will issue new securities - aims to attract strategic investors
Having analysed strategic alternatives, the Baltic tour operator Novaturas Group will seek to raise additional capital by issuing new shares or convertible bonds to potential strategic investors. With this instrument, the company expects to raise up to EUR 5 mln., which would be used for the business development of the company, operating in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, as well as for the strengthening of its financial capacity and market position. The final decision on this proposal by the top management will be taken by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Novaturas earned profit of EUR 2.6 mln. in the last quarter and improved its forecasted annual results
According to unaudited data, Novaturas Group recorded revenue growth and profit in the last quarter of 2024. Between October and December, the company generated revenues of EUR 48 mln., which is an increase of 16.6% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. The net operating profit of the company was positive at EUR 2.6 mln. compared to a loss of EUR 3 mln. in the fourth quarter of 2023. The EBITDA for October–December accounts for EUR 3.3 mln. (compared to EUR -1.5 mln. in Q4 2023).

Novaturas earns EUR 9.1 mln. in January: successful start of the ski season, more travellers to long-haul destinations
According to preliminary data, in January, Novaturas Group generated revenues of EUR 9.1 mln., which is a decrease of 15 % compared to January 2024, when the Group earned EUR 10.7 mln. The company served 9 thsnd. customers, compared to 9.7 thsnd. in the same period last year.
